*NOT YOUR MAMA’S BEEF&BROCCOLI*
Hey everyone! It’s Fall/Winter season, meaning crockpot season. Recently I made one of the best dishes I have ever made. Crockpot Beef and broccoli, served with jasmine rice. This is definitely a recipe you want to give a try. You only need a few ingredients, set on high for 4 to 5 hours and serve.
So here’s what you will need:
1 package of stew meat
1 1/2cups of water
1 package of sazon seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
4 tablespoons of minced garlic
3/4 of a cup of soy sauce
A few dashes of red crushed pepper, add a little for some heat
Mix all ingredients together, set on high for 4 to 5 hours and BAM, ready to serve.
I used bagged jasmine rice and followed directions on box to cook.
My son and I really enjoyed this and literally ate this for 2 days. This serves easily 4 people.
So recently I have been getting tons of messages on my Instagram and Snapchat about the delicious meals that I have been making that takes 25 mins or less to make. Wether you’re a working mama or a SAHM(like myself) or a father who does the cooking, these two easy recipes are for you. I didn’t know I was going to blog this,so I didn’t take a picture of what I used. Next time for sure.
[Grilled Chicken Homemade Alfredo with peas topped with bacon served with a classic spinach and tomato salad with Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing]
This is one of my favorite recipes!
First here’s a list of what you will NEED:
1bag of fresh spinach
1 carton of cherry tomatoes
Dressing of your choice
2 table spoons of minced garlic
3 table spoons of butter
Parmesan cheese( now this various depending on how thick you like your sauce, I usually add less than half a bag)
1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream
3 table spoons of frozen or can green peas( I just like enough for color)
Garlic salt(2 to 3 dashes/boom$
Pepper( your desired amount)
Half box of Angel hair pasta or noodles of choice
Already cooked bacon( warm for 30seconds) or you could use “real”bacon bits.
Already cooked grilled chicken( you have the option to grill your chicken but it’s easier for me and speeds up the process)
Parsley for color( dash/boom)
So what I like to do is bring water to a boil for my noodles. Once water is boiling I place noodles to cook. Follow directions on package. Usually it’s 7 to 10’mins.
Next I use a sauce pan and turn the temperature to medium high.
I add my frozen peas, butter, and heavy whipping cream. I mix accordingly.
Next I add my minced garlic, I like a lot, so I add two table spoons.
I normally don’t measure the garlic salt and pepper, I eyeball it, but for cooking purposes I would say about a tablespoon of each.
Once it starts to boil, bring your heat to low and then turn off after about 5 mins and let your sauce sit to thicken up.
After your noodles are done. Drain and plate. Add chicken and then your sauce. Next placed your cooked shredded bacon on top and sprinkle a little parsley.
Total cook time 25mins or less!

The second recipe is so simple!
Things you will NEED:
1 fresh Salmon fillet
2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
Salt and pepper for taste
1 bag of frozen broccoli
1 tablesppon of olive oil
Parsley( dash/boom for color)
Cook time 25 mins
I’m really weird about raw fish, I like to re wash it out of the package.
I set my oven to 400 degrees.
You will need aluminum foil. Make sure the corners are folded on all four sides. I place my frozen broccoli in first, sprinkle olive oil, salt, pepper on the broccoli. Next I place my salmon on top, I sprinkle salt, pepper, half a tablespoon of minced garlic, and two tablespoons of the teriyaki sauce.
Then you cover the broccoli and fish with another piece of aluminum foil(keeps the moisture in) and place in oven on 400 degrees.
Once done, plate your food add a dash/boom of parsley for color.
We eat salmon and tilapia a lot in my home. I enjoy cooking.
[Chicken Florentine in pesto and garlic sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese, cook time 15mins]
I decided to make this because this is one of the easiest recipes to make and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. I wanted to use what I already had in my fridge.
What you will need:
2 to 3 tablespoons of pesto sauce
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/2 water( keeps it from drying out)
Spinach( desired amount)
1/2 red, yellow or orange pepper( I used two types for color)
Salt and pepper is optional but not needed.
1 cup of cooked chicken
Ricotta ravioli stuffed with spinach
Step 2: add your cooked chicken, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, water, pesto, minced garlic all in one pan. Cook on medium high for 5 to 7 mins. You want your vegetables to be welter don’t down l. It should like the picture above.
Step 3: add your cooked ravioli and mix and until completely covered! Once everything is mixed. Plate your food, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and ENJOY😋
